Ingredients
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 ripe banana
about 1-2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
2 cups ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you like a thicker consistency, add more ice.

i think that's one smoothie that i would enjoy!
